New Beginnings… VMware Technical Account Manager

Starting from Monday 7th I’ll be joining VMware as a Technical Account Manager. I’ll be joining a growing team of talented individuals working directly with VMware’s customers to help them get the best out of the VMware organisation and technologies.

For me this is a perfect fit, the latter part of my career has been focused on helping customers plan strategies and projects to deliver business value. I see the TAM role as a continuation of that.

For those that know me will also know that I’ve been working with VMware’s product set since about 2003/2004. I’ve been active in the community on and off from about 2006. Be that contributing to VMTN forums, VMUG events or putting my hand up in sessions to get the questions rolling. I’ve built a career on designing, executing and running solutions underpinned by VMware technologies. I’m delighted to be joining and bringing this experience into the TAM role.
